How the extension works

StudioFork reads the game page you have open on roblox.com. When you press Start, it requests a downloadable place file through our service. The file is saved locally — you open it in Roblox Studio on your computer.

Your Roblox account

  • Log in on roblox.com in the same browser — the extension does not ask for your password in the popup.
  • Only copy games you are allowed to use; respect creators and Roblox Terms of Use.
  • Install the extension only from studiofork.net/download.

Browser permissions

The extension needs access to roblox.com (cookies/session), downloads, and our API host. It is a standard Manifest V3 extension for Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
